Original tags and packaging must be intact
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Product should not be damaged, altered, or stained

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during sale or special promotions
Customized or altered products
Products damaged after use
Items returned without original tags or packaging

3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after successful quality verification.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be raised within the eligible return window.

In case the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided at our discretion.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.

Our support team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

6. Return Shipping

Return pickup availability depends on your location and serviceability. In certain cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our return address.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by Navayaa.
