Cancellation Policy

At Navayaa, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to make the cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

✔ Cancellation requests must be raised as soon as possible after placing the order.

✔ Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

✔ Orders that are already out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable in certain cases

Cash On Delivery Orders

For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at Navayaa.

We encourage customers to place orders mindfully to help us maintain a seamless shopping experience for everyone.

Custom & Special Orders

Orders involving custom tailoring, alterations, or specially curated products may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

Since these pieces are prepared specifically for you, cancellations after production starts may not be possible.
